AI estate discovery
Structured discovery across product, technology, operations and procurement to find the AI in use, including tools nobody registered. Estate level: an inventory of what exists, not depth on every system.
In-depth assessment of one AI system
One high-consequence system assessed against evidence, in depth. Additional systems are quoted separately.
Initial AI inventory
Every identified system recorded in the Norivo AI Systems Registry with purpose, owner, data and deployment context.
Risk classification
Each system classified by consequence and volume, and against EU AI Act risk tiers where applicable.
VALID maturity score
Where you sit from Level 0 to Level 5, layer by layer, with diagnostic evidence behind the score.
EU AI Act applicability assessment
Which systems are in scope, under which obligations, on the amended timetable.
ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF gap views
What exists, what is missing and what would be needed for each.
Prioritised risk register
The systems and gaps that matter most, ranked.

What to do first, in the order the VALID dependency hierarchy requires.

Price

What it costs

£4,500, fixed. The scope is one AI system assessed in depth, plus estate-level discovery. Additional systems are quoted separately.

If you proceed to a Foundation, Scale or Enterprise Managed implementation within 30 days of the final readout, the full £4,500 is credited against the implementation fee. The credit applies to managed delivery only.

Three routes, all yours to choose: run the roadmap yourself on the self-serve platform; have Norivo deliver it as a managed engagement with the fee credited; or take the report and do nothing further. The registry data belongs to you either way.
